Burnley vs Fulham game has been postponed due to Covid-19 outbreak

It's been gathered that Fulham games against Burnley has been postponed.

According to official statement confirmed this morning, the decision was due to a joint meeting with the board. 

Reports suggest that Fulham camp now reported to have been hit with more Coronavirus cases. 

This has forced the premier league to call off their clash against Burnley that was scheduled for tommorow.

If you recall that Fulham's game against Tottenham was also called off in the mid week. 

Confirming the postponement, the official statement from the Premier League read: "The match between Burnley vs Fulham, due to take place at 12.00 GMT on Sunday 3 January, has been postponed following a Premier League board meeting this morning.

"After the postponement of the match against Tottenham Hotspurs on Wednesday, Fulham players and staff were immediately retested and this morning have reported a further increase in positive Covid-19 cases."
