Hailey Bieber, 24, looked too cool for school in a long black leather duster and baggy rolled up jeans while visiting a salon in West Hollywood on Monday.

The 24-year-old model look cool and channeled 1990s fashion with a long black leather duster that reached down her ankles.

Hailey matched her jacket to her black graphic T-shirt, which she wore tucked into a baggy pair of acid-wash jeans.

She had the high-waisted pants rolled up at the hems to reveal her white socks and black leather Prada loafers.
