Manchester United announced their February player of the month last week... And it was learnt that full back Luke Shaw was the winner of the award.

The former Southampton and England defender has been in great form this season. He has managed to keep which has prevented Alex Telles who joined from Porto seeing game time.

At the moment, it looks like Luke Shaw is finally proofing his worth since he arrived the club from Southampton for £30 million. The transfer fee was then a world record transfer fee for a teenager.

Luke Shaw has been presented with the player of the month of February award, as he edged competition from likes of Bruno Fernandes, Fred, Scott McTominay, Paul Pogba, Rashford and Edinson Cavani for the award.

Meanwhile, Manchester United hope to qualify for the quarter-final when they travel to the San Siro for the second leg against AC Milan in the Europa League.

The Rossoneri will host United on Thursday for the second leg, recall that the first leg ended in a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.

It was Kjaer header in the 90th minutes that canceled Amad Diallo’s opening goal. The young Ivorian came of the bench to break the deadlock for the game.

But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer side failed to clear their lines from a corner kick and allowed the Rossoneri back in the game.
