It's understood that the world is currently celebrating our women as it's International Women's Day today, March 8th 2021.
Meanwhile, Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has decided to show love in a special way to his mother.
The English international shared an adorable photo of his mom on his Twitter page this afternoon.
He captioned: "Happy International Women’s Day. Let’s champion. Let’s celebrate. Let’s uplift. We appreciate you!"
It appears that Rashford is still in the winning groove following his Red Devils victory against their rival Manchester City in derby over the weekend.
It was a 2-0 win for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer side against the Citizens at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday evening.
Although, Rashford didn't finish the game as he left the pitch injured after he was replaced by Mason Greenwood.
It was on the 75th minutes after he raced to defend a Riyad Mahrez counter attack as he injured his left foot.
After the game, he express delight of winning the derby as he assisted Luke Shaw goal after Bruno Fernandes had scored from the penalty spot early in the game.
The results has cut the gap between them and leaders, Manchester City to 11 points.
