Everton's poor home form continues to plague them as they slip to defeat against Burnley at Goodison.
Wood opened the scoring with an excellent finish from just inside the box, before McNeil curled in a superb strike from outside the area after some lovely skill to beat Allan. Calvert-Lewin headed home from Davies' cross to halve the deficit, but Everton were unable to mount a comeback.
Everton host Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup next, before Crystal Palace pay them a visit in Premier League action. Burnley's next fixture, meanwhile, is a trip down south to face Southampton in the league.
