UEFA Champions League: Karim Benzema on target as Real Madrid defeated Atalanta 3-1 to qualify for quarter final (Highlights) 2020-2021

Real Madrid advance to the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a 3-1 victory over Atalanta, securing the tie 4-1 on aggregate. 

Karim Benzema put Los Blancos ahead following a mistake by Marco Sportiello. 

Vinicius Junior was brought down in the box by Rafael Toloi, allowing Sergio Ramos to score from the penalty spot. 

Luis Muriel struck a fine effort from a free-kick to make matters interesting late on, but Marco Asensio put the tie beyond doubt with a crisp finish from close range. 

Meanwhile, Real Madrid return to LaLiga action at the weekend on the road at Celta Vigo. Atalanta have to turn the page following their defeat as they face Hellas Verona away on Sunday in Serie A.
