"In Safe Hands" - Chelsea fly their UEFA Champions League trophy to England

Chelsea have shared snap of the Champions League trophy heading to England. The Blues defeated Manchester City 1-0 in the final of the UEFA Champions League last night.

It was their second Champions League trophy, and they claimed the victory following a first half goal from Kai Havertz.

Following a post Chelsea verified Instagram page, the trophy was being held by the pilot as they players return to England.
