Firmino opened the scoring just before the break when he slotted Robertson's cross past Norris.
Phillips scored his first goal for Liverpool to double the lead when he thumped a header into the back of the net before clearing Mee's effort off the line at the other end. Oxlade-Chamberlain then came off the bench to wrap it up late on.
Liverpool move above Leicester into fourth with that win and keep their Champions League hopes in their own hands. They finish their season against Crystal Palace at home.
