Antonio Rudiger cautions his German team mates who were riding bicycles without helmet

Chelsea star Antonio Rudiger was seen riding a bicycle with his German teammates. 

The Germany players were seen cycling as part of building their fitness ahead of the 2020 Euros. 

Meanwhile Rudiger wasn't happy with hi team mates who weren't wearing a helmet. 

From the picture which surfaced online, the rest of teammates, Emre Can, Sane and Gundogan had no helmets on.
