England vs Czech: A Die-hard Jack Grealish fan leaps over seats coverings to grab the Aston Villa star shirt

England finished top of Group E after their 1-0 win over Czech Republic in their final Group game on Tuesday night.

Grealish, 25, set up Raheem Sterling's winner with a smart dribble and cross as the Manchester City headed into the back of the net.

Meanwhile after Jack Grealish was substituted, he decided to hand a lucky fan his jersey.

Having been substituted in the 68th minute for Jude Bellingham, Grealish had removed his No7 shirt.

The popular Aston Villa star went over to clap the fans after the game. He threw it into the first row, with a gang of England fans hoping to get their hands on it.

Apparently, the lucky fan climbed onto a blue sheet covering unused seats at the front of the stand.
