Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu scoops Vanguard Personality of year award (Photos)

The governor of Lagos state, his Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu was honoured by the Vanguard newspaper group. 

Sanwo-Olu was named the Vanguard personality of the year. The governor was excited to receive the prestigious award. 

He took to his social media space to @jidesanwoolu to express his thoughts. Sanwo-Olu appreciated the organizers as well as Lagosians for their support so far in his era. 

Sharing the photos on his verified Instagram page, he wrote:

"I feel highly honoured to receive the Vanguard Personality 2019/2020 by the Vanguard Newspapers Group. The award means a lot to me.

This prestigious award will be a constant reminder to me and my team to perform better to out do ourselves in the current year for efficient service delivery to the good people of Lagos state."

He added:"I wish to dedicate this award to every Lagosian out there, for believing in our administration's vision of a Greater Lagos. We will not relent in our efforts to achieve this and other set goals along with our THEMES agenda.
