Chelsea kept up their 100 per cent record under Maurizio Sarri with a 2-1 win at Newcastle on Sunday , when all of the incidents were saved for the end.

A controversial penalty scored by Eden Hazard gave the Blues the lead in the final quarter of an hour on Tyneside, before Joselu's header levelled matters soon after.

But Chelsea ended up taking the points from St James's Park when Marcos Alonso's effort was turned into his own net by DeAndre Yedlin for the winner.

The victory marked a third in succession for Sarri as the Blues moved up to second in the table, in between Liverpool and Watford - the only other two clubs who have won three fixtures out of three this season.

But as always with Sarri, it was the manager's touchline behaviour which got fans talking during the match.

The Italian has often been seen smoking cigarettes on the side of the pitch in the past, but anti-smoking laws now prevent him from lighting up in public places.

He had specially-built smoking areas set up for him when he was Napoli manager but wasn't getting the same treatment on Tyneside.

And so instead when he put the cigarettes in his mouth he didn't light them up.

Sarri was seen was an cigarette in his mouth on the touchline, but it wasn;t clear whether or not was a real one or a fake prop he uses to keep up his habit.
