The Italian footballer posted a throwback picture of him celebrating in City's 6-1 derby win over Manchester United at Old Trafford, as he marked the seventh anniversary of the triumph.
Balotelli scored a brace in the clash back in 2011 and celebrated one of his goals by revealing a t-shirt bearing the words 'Why always me?'
