Nollywood sultry actress, Doris Simeon has finally find new love is surely one of the biggest stories her fans will love to read about her at the moment, prior to the setback she got from her estranged husband who was allegedly snatched from her by her fellow actress.
The mother of one indeed had a secret wedding in America with the said man but this was in a movie titled “Ilu America”, a movie written, Produced and directed by vibrant movie director, Taiwo Oduala. Doris Simeon is a Yoruba and English actress, television presenter, model, event manager, television personality and philanthropist. She joined the Nigerian movie industry in 2001 and featured in her first Yoruba movie titled “Oloju Ede”. This film earned her a nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the Africa Movie Academy Awards and put her in the limelight.

Ilu America is an indigenous, Emotional and Classic African/American story that everyone will be clamouring to see. It features great actors like Bayo Bankole, Doris Simeon, Mistura Asunramu, Femi Brainald, Alayo Boy, Titi Seye, Seun Tomori, Bisi Shotade, Yinka Awolowo, Bisi Windoku, Adekunle Oduala,Omotayo Kazzim and many more.
She was born in Lagos, Nigeria, raised and schooled in Ojota area of Lagos. She graduated from the PEFT Institute, where she studied production management. She is an actress with the ability to double as master of ceremony and TV show host.
Doris began her career with a part in three episodes of the Papa Ajasco comedy series. She then had parts in Nollywood films Oloju Ede, Alakada, Ten Million Naira and Modupe Temi. She has also appeared in Eti Keta. In 2010 she starred as Da Grin’s girlfriend in Ghetto Dreamz and co-produced with Omo Iya kan.

She was married to producer and director Daniel Ademinokan, whom she met on set. Together they have a son,David Ademinokan. They however, separated in May 2013 with a subsequent divorce.Doris revealed that she is open to the idea of getting married again. She said, “I am not God, only God can say. I might just say I don’t want again but what if God says it’s time for you to settle down again. So it’s not a closed door for me when it comes to marriage.”

Doris’ son, David resides in the United States with his dad. He turned 10 years old in 2018. In June, 2018, Doris was allowed to visit her son and they were seen to enjoy their time out together. Daniel Ademinokan, posted the pictures of the boy and his mother on his Instagram page with the caption
