Cardi B and Offset are expecting their second baby.
The couple, who has just rekindled their relationship after Offset's cheating scandal, is allegedly expecting their second child.
A source tells MTO News, "Cardi wants two babies. She wanted to have them both, take some time off, and then go back to work [after] both kids were born." The so-called insider claims the pair wanted to have a second baby immediately after welcoming Kulture, but their plan was ruined when it was exposed that Offset cheated on Cardi while she was pregnant with their first child together.
"Cardi put pregnancy on hold when [she broke up with Offset] and focused on her career," the source reveals, adding that the pair had been trying for a second baby since the fall and worked on it immediately after they got back together around Christmas.
The source, who is reportedly Cardi's close friend, says the pair will likely announce her second pregnancy soon. "Probably by the end of the week [Cardi will] announce," the friend says.
Cardi and Offset welcomed their daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus, on July 10, 2018. Back in October, she teased her fans with a tweet that suggested she might have already got pregnant again. "Would ya be mad at me if i get pregnant again ?" she jokingly asked, sending her fans and followers into a shock.
However, in a contradicting confessional, the 26-year-old raptress said that she wanted to wait until her daughter Kulture is a little bigger before having another child. "I want a second child, but I got so much things to do first. It's like, I want to learn more, you know?" the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker told PEOPLE earlier this month.
"It's not that easy to have a child, so you just want to learn more and more and the process and wait 'til they get a little bit bigger," she went on sharing. "Right now, a baby requires 24/7 attention. So imagine two? That's why when people have twins, I honestly... I don't know how (they do) it. It's hard!"
