Danny Young isn't holding back, he drags Tiwa Savage to court over copyright

Barely a day after YouTube restored Tiwa Savage’s ‘ONE’ video ,it has been revealed that , Danny Young has slammed the singer with a two hundred million naira lawsuit.

Recall that Danny Young had accused Tiwa Savage of unlawfully copying his 2009 song ,’Oni Tiwon’ in her 2018 track ‘ONE’.

This caused Youtube to pull down the video for a few months .

The singers is now seeking 200 million naira damages from Tiwa Savage and her record label, Mavins Records for for copyright infringement.

The lawsuit (Suit No: FHC/L/CS/230/2019) was filed at the Federal High Court, Lagos, on the 13th day of February, 2019.
