Antonio Valencia has signed for LDU Quito in his native Ecuador after leaving Manchester United at the end of last season.

Valencia, who had been captain in his latter years at Old Trafford, was released after 10 seasons when United decided against triggering a one year option on his contract.

Joining from Wigan in 2009, Valencia made 339 appearances for United, scoring 25 goals and registering 62 assists.

He won two Premier League titles, two League Cups, the FA Cup and the Europa League in a successful period at United.

Valencia then walks out in his new kit and stands on the centre circle, with the video confirming he will wear the 25 shirt number he wore during his time at United.

LDU Quito are currently 7th in Ecuador's Serie A, at the midway point of the season, with the season resuming on July 7.
