It's official! Liam Hemsworth has filed for divorce from estranged wife, Miley Cyrus.
Reports have it that Hemsworth reportedly filed legal documents in Los Angeles, citing "irreconcilable differences".
The filing of the divorce comes after Miley was seen kissing and "basically having cex" with Kaitlynn Carter at a club
Furthermore, sources connected to the couple have revealed that Liam and Miley had a prenup, keeping their earnings during the marriage separate, so there won't be a fight over money. Also, since no kids are involved, the divorce is expected to be an easy one.
Miley Cyrus, 26, and Liam Hemsworth, 29, announced their separation on August 10, after only 8 months of marriage. Shortly after a photo of Miley kissing Kaitlynn Carter, who had also recently separated from husband Brody Jenner, emerged.
It is widely believed that Liam is "over the marriage" and just wants to move on.
