WhatsApp may soon work on multiple devices with a single account
If you own an iPad or MacBook, you currently need to use WhatsApp Web in a web browser.
This doesn't have all the usual WhatsApp features you'd expect.
But it also means you'll need to have your iPhone wirelessly connected to your device at all times.
What's more, the blog claims that WhatsApp will finally allow you to have the same account on multiple devices.
Right now, it's impossible to use your WhatsApp account on more than one device through an app.
That would mean WhatsApp on iPad would prevent you from using the account on your iPhone too.
To get around this, WhatsApp will need to ensure that a single WhatsApp account can be used on several of your gadgets at once
