Nugget's curly brown head could be seen peeking out from Perry's gray hooded sweatshirt as the duo exited the local CVS store and headed back to their parked vehicle.
She flaunted makeup-free and flawless complexion, while flashing a small smirk at nearby fans.
Keeping her feet warm Katy sported some tan Uggs over her sporty color-blocked leggings.
On Thursday night, the Roar hitmaker took to Instagram to give fans some insight on how she is coping with her pregnancy cravings.
In the snapshot, shared with her 92million followers, Katy can be seen tucking into a jar of pickles.
