Perrie Edwards says she's happy for her ex boyfriend Zayn Malik and his girlfriend Gigi Hadid

PERRIE Edwards has never been happier while self-isolating with boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

The Little Mix singer, 26, said she's "having the time of her life" in an interview given on the same day reports emerged that her ex Zayn Malik is having a baby with Gigi Hadid.

Perrie said on KIIS FM's Kyle and Jackie O show: "I feel like I'm really enjoying this [lockdown], I can't lie. I'm having the time of my life!

"I've never spent so much time with my boyfriend, I've never spent so much time in my house.

"Like, I've never had just so much time on my hands to do stuff that I've always wanted to do, so it has been nice."

The Geordie beauty began dating Liverpool footballer Alex in 2016 - a year after Zayn dumped her by text.
