Recall that the England international has been sidelined with injury since rupturing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during December's game against Chelsea.
The former Southampton has made a return after a tough five months.
The 25 years old started his football education with Southampton, he broke into the first team at Saint Mary's stadium in 2012.
After two years with the Saints, he completed a move to Arsenal for an undisclosed fee in 2014.
Chambers has so far 63 league appearances and scored three goals for the Gunners. He was previously sent on loan to Middleborough and Fulham respectively.
