'A lot of it you see, what you see is what you get. That is what he's [Klopp] like,' Henderson told Sky Sports.
'He's got a bit more personal side, he's so close with the players. He's got a perfect balance of that. He's a leader, and a great human being. The biggest thing he's got is that, no matter what, we all follow him and believe in him.'

Henderson added: 'This wouldn't be possible without him. We've got an amazing group, that's no coincidence. It's a credit to him and to the staff at the club.
