Coleen's four-year-old son Kit showed support for his dad's team as he wore their football shirt while on an outing with his mum in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.

The WAG, 34, kept her look very casual as she held hands with her little boy while running errands in their local area on Wednesday morning.

Coleen was rocking a grey Umbro hoodie, which she teamed with a pair of form-fitting black leggings and a pair of simple grey trainers.

The mother-of-four looked fresh-faced and glowing as she wore her brunette locks swept back into a ponytail, while adding soft touches of make-up.

Coleen held hands with her little boys as they popped to the shops to pick something up on their outing.
