The Midlands based club’s assistant head coach was in understandably high spirits as he boarded a private jet with his wife, before cracking open a bottle of bubbly as they set off on their latest overseas holiday to Portugal.
Toni, 38, also shared a playful snap of her husband as the Chelsea and England legend, 39, grabbed forty winks during their flight to the Iberian Peninsula.
The pair even had a chance to pose in a waiting helicopter after arriving in Portugal, with former defender John flashing a grin while his wife sits alongside him.
