It looks like Jurgen Klopp injury list has continued to grow and the season has been a rocky start for the Premier League champions.
Jurgen Klopp would be hoping that the January window would come soon so he can replace key players who are currently on the injury list.

If you recall that last week, Liverpool home run in the Champions League was ended by Atalanta who defeated the Reds 2-0.

Liverpool returned to the Premier League Saturday early kick off at the AMEX Stadium.

Brighton were handed a penalty in the first half but was missed by Neal Maupay.

The game saw VAR canceled two goals from Liverpool, it was Mohamed Salah who scored before it was ruled out for offside by the VAR.

Then, Diogo Jota who has been in great form scored the opening goal to put Liverpool in the lead.

Saido Mane came off the bench for Salah and he added the second but it was ruled out once again for offside by the VAR.

Luck shined once more on Brighton as they were awarded a second penalty late in the game.

This time, Pascal Gross converted to give Brighton a 1-1 draw against champions Liverpool.

After the game Jugern Klopp had come out to confirm injury of James Milner.

The 34 years old has been playing at right back since Trent Alexander-Arnold was injured.

It's been gathered that he has suffered a hamstring problem during Liverpool's draw at Brighton on Saturday.

This means Milner will be out for several weeks, adding to the long list of injuries for Liverpool.

Already, likes of Virgil Van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Thiago Alcantara and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Trent Alexander-Arnold (calf), Naby Keita and Xherdan Shaqiri are all currently ruled out.

Meanwhile, Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has only just returned after a thigh injury sustained on international duty. He came on as a substitute in the second half.

Liverpool will return to the UEFA Champions League this week, they have a must win game against Ajax and before they return to Premier to host Wolves next week.
