Lionel Messi pay tribute to late Diego Maradona during his goal celebration against Osasuna wearing Newells Old Boys jersey

Barcelona are currently leading Osasuna 4-0 at the Camp Nou.

Lionel Messi set the internet on fire after he scored the fourth goal for Barcelona, only to pull off his shirt as he was spotting a jersey of Newells Old Boys which Diego Maradona wore during his spell with the Argentine club.

Just so you know, Maradona played for Newells Old Boys between 1993–1994 before he joined Boca Juniors. 

The Argentine legend passed away earlier in the week following reports that he suffered an heart attack.
