Cristiano Ronaldo escapes RED CARD after he kicked Curtis Jones on touch line as Man Utd suffer 5-0 defeat against Liverpool at Old Trafford

There have been a lot of reactions following Cristiano Ronaldo action in Manchester United 5-0 humiliating defeat against Liverpool at Old Trafford stadium on Sunday evening.

The Portugal international should have been sent off after he appeared to have kicked Liverpool's Curtis Jones. 

36-year-old received a yellow card from Referee Anthony Taylor after he kicked Jones who laid on the turf.

Cristiano Ronaldo could have been frustrated as he wasn't able to breach the Liverpool's defense. The former Real Madrid and Juventus star scored but was ruled out for offside by the VAR. 

Meanwhile Goals from Naby Keita, Diogo Jota and Mohamed Salah had put Liverpool in command while Salah added a fourth for the visitors before the interval.
