Liverpool teenager Harvey Elliott shares first photo after successful surgery as he begins rehab

Liverpool youngster took to his social media space to share update about his injury.

Harvey Elliott, 18, is expected to be out for the rest of the campaign following injury he suffered last months against Leeds United.

Harvey Elliott has started his rehabilitation after successful surgery on his gruesome ankle dislocation. 

The 18-year-old midfielder twisted his ankle badly in a challenge with Leeds' Pascal Struijk. The Whites defender was sent-off while Elliott departed on a stretcher in the game.

Elliott has shared a snap of himself using an oxygen mask for a photo with the caption: 'Small steps.'
