The visitors took the lead in the first half after Tielemans scored a brilliant long-range effort but were pegged back in the second after Zanka scored a header from a Jensen corner to equalise.
The win was sealed though after a quick counter led to Daka squaring it to Maddison before the midfielder finished into an empty net.
The victory on their travels means that Leicester move up to ninth in the table as they move onto 14 points. They will host Arsenal next as they look to continue to move up the table. Meanwhile for the hosts, they drop to 12th as they lose a second consecutive match. They travel to Burnley next as they look to end this run of defeats.
