Borussia Dortmund came from behind to thrash Wolfsburg 3-1 on Saturday after Erling Haaland came from the bench to score the third goal.
The Norway international has been injured, but he recovered from a hip injury ahead of the expected return date.
Erling Haaland was expected to miss the remainder of the year but came back to score as Dortmund over came Weghorst two minutes opener.
Emre Can scored the equaliser from the penalty spot after 35 minutes before Malen put the away side in th lead.
In the 80th minute, Haaland was introduced into the game and under 8 minutes after being subbed on, he connected to a Brandt cross for the third goal.
After the game, he took to her verified Instagram page (@erling.haaland), he expressed his excitement with the caption which reads:
"Happy to be back doing what I love 🔥 ⚫🟡 @bvb09"
