Liverpool moved up to second place in the Premier League table with a routine 3-0 win over Brentford at Anfield on Sunday, thanks to goals from Fabinho, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Takumi Minamino.
Liverpool end their winless run with a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Brentford at Anfield. They led 1-0 at the break thanks to Fabinho and continued to dominate in the second half, getting their reward on 69 minutes through Oxlade-Chamberlain’s header.
Takunmi Minamino rounded off the win eight minutes later after a mistake at the back by Brentford. This victory sends Liverpool into second in the Premier League, but 11 points behind Manchester City, meanwhile Brentford remain 14th.
