Watford have confirmed that Ogenekaro Etebo has resumed full training after months on the sidelines.

If you recall that the Super Eagles of Nigeria midfielder  picked up the injury at the end of September when he tore his quad muscle in Watford’s English Premier League game against Newcastle United.

The 25-year-old missed the African Cup of Nations which Nigeria was eliminated in the round of 16 by Tunisia due to the injury.

The Hornets announced on the social media handle on Friday that the midfielder has returned to full training.

The statement reads: “Back with the squad 👊 🇳🇬 @etebo_karo,” the club tweeted. The player who is on loan from Championship side Stoke City this summer made six league appearances for the Hornets before sustaining the injury.
