Geleta Ulfata from Ethopia wins 2022 Lagos City Marathon

Geleta Ulfata of Ethiopia has emerged winner of the 7th edition of the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon.

Ulfata raced 42km to claim the grand prize of $30,000 on Saturday afternoon February 12th.

Meanwhile, David Barmasai and Emmanuel Naibei — both from Kenya — finished second and third, respectively and will go home with $20,000 and $15,000, respectively
