Super Falcons forward has expressed her excitement about her return to the pitch after two months on the sidelines.
Asisat Oshoala made her come back from injury during Barcelona Femeni’s Champions League semi-final clash against Wolfsburg on Friday.
The 27-year-old was out of action due to a knee injury she sustained in training ahead of Nigeria’s Africa Women’s Cup of Nations qualifying encounter against Ivory Coast in February.
Barcelona Femeni have one leg in the final as they hope to defend the Champions League trophy which they won last season.
It was a world record 91,648 crowd attendance at Barcelona.
Oshoala was introduced into the game in the 73rd minute substitute, coming in for Jennifer Hermoso with the game at 4-1.
After the game, she took to her social media space to share the post with the caption which reads: "2 months back to back feels good to be out there again…..❤️ Amazing night @UWCL @FCBfemeni."
