The 35-year-old footballer missed his twins Eva and Matteo fifth birthday party over the weekend.
Georgina who has been enjoying holiday somewhere on the Ibiza island uploaded some cozy moment with her husband just before he headed for international calls.
In one of slides, she posed inside their private plane as she rocked a white tight body hugged dress.
The 28-year-old model accessorized herself with diamond necklace and wristwatch. She team up with a custom made sneakers to match her outfit.
In another slide, she leaned on the Manchester United star as they beamed at the camera.
