Nuno Tavares leaves Arsenal to join Olympique Marseille on season loan

Arsenal have confirmed that 22-year-old left-back joined French side, Marseille.

It's understood that Portugal international will spend the entire 2022-23 season on loan with the Ligue 1 side.

Recall that Tavares joined Arsenal in the summer of 2021 from Benfica.

The left back made 28 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring once and assisting twice under Mikel Arteta.
