Ex Barcelona star Sergio Aguero presented with special Nacional shirt as he watched Luis Suarez makes debut for boyhood club after 16 years (Photos)

34 years old former Argentine footballer visited Nacional to watch Luis Suarez make his debut for the club. 

If you recall that Suarez joined his boyhood club on a free transfer at age 35 following the expiration of his contract last season with Atletico Madrid. 

Suarez made his appearance from the bench in 73rd minutes in Nacional defeat against Atlético Goianiense in the quarter final first leg. 

Sergio Aguero was pictured at the Grand Parque Central last night. The former Manchester City and Barcelona star was presented a special shirt. 

The 34-year-old held a Nacional shirt with number 10 and his name "Aguero" imprinted at the back. 

Although Sergio Aguero started his football career in Argentina with Club Independiente before moving to Europe.

Sergio Aguero joined Atletico Madrid in 2006–2011 and won the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup. 

He later joined Manchester City from 2011–2021, winning several Premier League titles, six EFL Cups and an FA Cup.

The Argentine joined Barcelona in 2021 where he played five games before retiring from football aged 33 due to ill-health in the same year. He scored only goal coming in the first El Clásico of the 2021–22 season.
