Chelsea set to their final UEFA Champions League group stage encounter when they face Dinamo Zagreb.

If you recall that the Blues fell to defeat against the Croatian side in their first leg on match day one under former manager Thomas Tuchel.

But Chelsea has since bounce back from their disappointing result with back to back wins against AC Milan to seal their qualification into the round of 16.

Graham Potter will want his Chelsea led side to finish on a high with another home win against Dinamo Zagreb.

Blues will host Zagreb on Wednesday night in their match day six UEFA Champions game.

Meanwhile, Chelsea shared several photos from the team's recovery session after their weekend defeat to Brighton.

The West London side suffered 4-1 thrashing away to the Seagulls at the Amex stadium on Saturday.

It wasn't a great return for Graham Potter who faced his former club as it ended in his first defeat since he took charge of Chelsea.

The Chelsea players were spotted in gym working on their body figure with several weight lifting programs.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was pictured lifting the dumbells as he looked to build his fitness for the Zagreb game.

The 33-year-old striker hasn't hit top form since he arrived at Stamford Bridge this summer from Barcelona.

Aubameyang has just one goal in 5 Premier League games, with another 2 goals from last 5 games in Champions League.

Chelsea's Thiago Silva seems to be the most inform player at the moment.

The 37-year-old Brazilian has made several goal line saves and interceptions so far this term.

Thiago Silva was pictured lifting the dumbbells as he glanced at the mirror during the exercise.

Armando Broja is one of Chelsea's youngsters who have been giving a chance in the first team.

Recall that the Albania striker played last season on loan at Southampton but right now, he's gradually been integrated into Chelsea team.

Broja looks like the player for the future but he will require more playing time to establish his prospect.
