Guardiola has praised Arsenal's recent success ahead of their game against Everton on New Year's Eve.
“Arsenal have done brilliantly and they are better than us.
“These margins you cannot compete against them. You cannot fight against them."
Manchester City will host Everton at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday evening. The Citizens could close the gap with a victory against Frank Lampard side.
Guardiola added: “If Arsenal continue to win and draw, they will be Champions. With this rhythm, it is a rhythm they can get 100 points.
