Gareth Bale, a former member of the Wales national team, has spoken candidly about Cristiano Ronaldo's attitude when the two of them were teammates at Real Madrid.
Even if his team won 5-0, the Portuguese, according to Bale, would get enraged and storm into the dressing room if he failed to score.
The former Tottenham player said Ronaldo had no issues and added that he was a decent man with a positive outlook.
Together, Ronaldo and Bale scored 41 goals in 157 games for Real Madrid. They were teammates there for four seasons.
The former Juventus great, according to Bale, constantly desired a goal.
He said, according to SportBible, “He was actually okay. He had his moments where for example, if we win five nil and he didn’t score, he comes in and throws his boots like he was angry.
“It’s like your team winning the Ryder Cup and you didn’t get a point so you are angry. He was a nice guy, we didn’t really have any problems, and he had a good mentality.”
