Weah, the son of Liberian President George Weah, transferred from Ligue 1 team Lille to the Biaconerri.
Weah signed with the Old Lady for €10.3 million, which is due over two fiscal years, with up to €2.1 million in add-ons and €1 million in player and entourage signing bonuses.
His agreement is valid till June 2028.
Juan Cuadrado, who departed the Bianconeri on June 30 when his contract with the team expired, will be replaced by Weah, the son of storied Milan striker George.
The 2000 New York City native, at age 23, has chosen to represent the USMNT. In 29 international appearances, he has four goals.
Weah made 107 appearances with Lille, contributing eight goals and eight assists.
