Rasmus Hojlund has been recuperating from a minor injury since joining Manchester United this summer.
Rasmus Hojlund has been called up to the Danish national team for their next matches, and manager Kasper Hjulmand has disclosed that there is a 'deal' in place with Manchester United over the striker. Hojlund is yet to play for United after leaving Atalanta for a reported £73 million.
Hojlund was seen last week on the practice field while still nursing a minor ailment.
Erik ten Hag said the striker was "very close to making the squad" before the game against Nottingham Forest after participating in his first complete training session.
Before the international break, Manchester United will play host to archrival Arsenal, and it was originally anticipated that Hojlund will participate when the season returns later next month. But Hjulmand has said that he expects Hojlund to make his debut this weekend against the Emirates on the road.
