Jada Pinkett reveals shocking detail about her relationship with late rapper Tupac

American actor and rapper Will Smith's wife said that Tupac was her soul mate.

Despite her 19-year marriage to Will Smith, the American actress Jada Pinkett Smith feels that the late artist Tupac Shakur was her soulmate.

Tupac was the actress's soulmate, according to the 52-year-old, but they never got together because of a lack of chemistry.

If you recall, Tupac was 25 years old when he died in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in 1996.

Smith said this when promoting her new memoir in a RollingOut interview.

She also disclosed that she and her 55-year-old husband, Will Smith, have been discreetly separated for seven years.

The movie actor went on to explain that they had previously "traveled" together, saying,

Smith said when asked if she thought she should have pursued their friendship romantically.

"It just wasn't possible. There was no chemistry between us."
