Progress Amidst Challenges
James has declared that his comeback is on and told his fans he will see them soon as he continues his injury rehabilitation.
Limited Participation
The Chelsea captain has barely played for the club this season due to a series of injury issues - and has made just nine appearances under Mauricio Pochettino.
Hamstring Woes
He has been out since December when he suffered a hamstring issue in the Blues' defeat to Everton.
Uncertainty Surrounding Return
The decision was made to have surgery in a bid to resolve the recurring issue and was expected to be sidelined for three to four months. However, Pochettino hinted last month that James might not feature again this season.
Determined Resilience
Captioning an Instagram story, James said: "I've been gone a while but I'm doing well. Really well. The journey has been long and tough but nothing I couldn't handle. I'm in a good place, the comeback is on, more hungry than ever. Stay well in the meantime and see u soon."
