Nacho Signs with Al Qadsiah on Two-Year Contract


Former Real Madrid defender Nacho has signed a two-year contract with Saudi Arabian club Al Qadsiah. The Spanish international completed the move after a medical examination in Germany, where he was participating in international duty with Spain.

Nacho's tenure at Real Madrid was marked by 242 appearances, during which he scored 12 goals and provided 7 assists. He played a crucial role in the team, contributing to several title wins, including two La Liga titles (2016-2017, 2019-2020), two Copa del Rey titles (2013-2014, 2022-2023), four UEFA Champions League titles (2013-2014, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018), two UEFA Super Cups (2014, 2016), and one FIFA Club World Cup (2014).
In addition to his club success, Nacho has been a consistent presence for the Spanish national team, earning 22 caps and scoring one goal. Since his debut for La Roja in 2016, he has represented Spain in several international tournaments, including the UEFA European Championship and the FIFA World Cup.
