Scott McTominay has joined Italian football club Napoli from Manchester United for a reported transfer fee of $33 million.
The 27-year-old Scottish midfielder has signed a five-year contract with the Serie A outfit, marking a significant addition to their midfield.
During his tenure at Manchester United, McTominay made 289 appearances across all competitions, scoring 29 goals.
He played a crucial role in the team's central midfield, showcasing his versatility and work rate. In the domestic league, he featured in 178 matches, scoring 19 goals and contributing to several key victories.
In the 2021/22 season alone, McTominay played 37 appearances and scored 2 goals.
