Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky has addressed the recent backlash he faces on social media platforms, stemming from an audio clip released by social critic Very Dark Man. The clip allegedly features Bobrisky discussing his involvement in money laundering charges and claiming connections to prominent figures.

In the audio, a voice attributed to Bobrisky claims he paid the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to drop charges and served prison time in a private apartment. Additionally, the speaker alleges that rapper Falz offered to facilitate a presidential pardon through his father, Femi Falana.

The Falana family responded with a letter from their lawyers, demanding an apology within 12 hours. However, Bobrisky denies any knowledge of the audio's authenticity or the individual speaking.

In a video statement, Bobrisky expressed frustration with the relentless online criticism, questioning why he seems to be the sole focus of attention among Nigerian celebrities.
