Reflecting on their journey together, she described him as a man who "protects and covers his family in prayers."
Taking to Instagram, Benita, known for her hit song Osemudiamen, expressed gratitude for their shared faith, family, and love. She wrote, “In a different continent, loving more, being intentional. Laughing a lot! Not taking ourselves too seriously! Walking side by side as we follow Jesus!” She added that they are raising a family rooted in faith, joy, and mutual respect.
Benita also shared her delight in their playful bond, recalling moments like their "big tummy competition" with their children. She concluded with a heartfelt prayer: “May our laughter and joy last forever! May we be all that God has called us to be together in Jesus' name! May God continue to be our source and foundation!”
The couple met at Redeemer’s University, and their union is blessed with two children—a son and a daughter, Araoluwa Eden Adeyina, whom they welcomed in 2019.
