Mohamed Salah missed a pivotal penalty during Liverpool's clash with Real Madrid last night at Anfield. In the second half, Salah was brought down by Ferland Mendy inside the box, but he struck the outside of the post with his spot kick, failing to convert the opportunity.
Despite Salah's miss, Liverpool secured a 2-0 victory over Real Madrid, with goals from Alexis Mac Allister and Cody Gakpo sealing the win for the Reds.
It was quite a dramatic match, with both Salah and Kylian Mbappe missing penalties. Nonetheless, Liverpool managed to double their lead later in the game with Gakpo's goal.
